_MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE_


Responsible for the optimization of sales force efficiency and effectiveness through the development, delivery, and implementation of SFE activities across brands; including, monitoring and analyzing performance data, sales activities, and other support recommendations via the sales management team; driving programming related to Territory design, alignment, segmentation, and targeting; collaborating with other functional teams to deploy segmentation and targeting programs across channels to optimize business outcomes and successfully achieve strategy.


  • Plan and develop Trade Customer activities in the assigned area.
  • Manage, supervise group leaders (UTM, Supervisors of Category Advisory Team, Supervisor of Trade Coordinator Team, etc.) to achieve target assigned by the Trade Consumer Department.
  • Manage and train Trade Consumer Team, support the Sales Team to create demand and develop market in assigned area.
  • Develop opportunities marketing in the research, analyze sales data and market.
  • Plan, develop, and review RTM, territory management, sales force effectiveness in term of target and incentive.
  • Managing customer segmentation, targeting, and motivation
  • Gatekeeper on a field operation to ensure efficient execution with SOP.
  • Develop and implement the branding campaign through the organization of the event.
  • Build process, report template, operation principles and guidelines to field execution. Input to training & development.
  • Handle issues relating to Sales Operation in the region within the given authority.
  • Accept and implement extra assignments relating to the common goal of the company.

_Experience_

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in managerial/supervisory role in pharma, FMCG, nutrition, consulting industry
  • Preferably 2 to 3year experience in SFE
  • Flair for IT tools and marketing experience will be a plus.
