The Junior Client Acceptance and Continuance will help us meet our compliance responsibilities while supporting our client-facing teams as they deliver quality service to their clients and support the implementation of programs, policies, and practices to manage RSM VN’s risk. The main responsibilities include:

  • Drafting audit service contracts
  • Support in reviewing requests to change contract terms
  • Arrange, track and manage contracts
  • Monitor Independence and Ethics Compliance procedures
  • Manage customer data and information through the CRM system
  • Contribute to Department’s development through planning and ideas
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Perform other additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least bachelor’s degree in Auditing or other related business majors
  • 0 - 1 year of experience in Audit field or relevant area
  • Knowledge of text editing and regulatory issues in a professional services environment
  • Demonstrate strong verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration skillswith audiences across the firm and outside professional contacts
  • Show business acumen, planning, analytical reporting and presentation skills for multiple and or complex projects
  • Able to adapt quickly to changes in the firm
  • Good at English
