Junior Trader

We are looking for Junior Traderfor an international fast-growing high-paced company with the main focus on delivering our clients best quality products, while maintaining highest standard of customer service.

the team possesses robust in-house expertise on the local petrochemical and polyolefin markets and have a fresh perspective on new products, technologies, and services. By collaborating with some of the world’s largest players in the market, the company is open to providing the best competitive solutions the market has to offer.

**Responsibilities**
- Originate all transaction documentation
- Follow up on client's payments and delivery schedule
- Track cargo arrival status
- Issue sales contracts, payment and delivery orders, and other documentation related to sales transactions
- Communicate with clients about payments and deliveries
- Maintain complete and timely records and documentation in internal systems
- Monitor cargo arrival, and completeness of documents required for customs clearance

**Requirements**:

- Professional experience, skills, and behavioral competencies
- 2-5 years of experience in the sales support function of a trading company
- High level of client communication skills, eagerness to become a center point in delivering best-in-class customer experience
- Experience in working with ERP systems, customs documents, warehouses
- Education: BS or higher
- Fluent in English, fluent in Chinese (desirable)
