Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new customers and projects to expand market presence.
- Gather detailed information on customer applications, end users, set makers, and demand trends.
- Receive and analyze inquiries, including material specifications and pricing targets.
- Share customer requirements with the Application Development team to propose suitable material solutions.
- Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate terms with customers and headquarters sales teams.
- Register new customers in the system, complete documentation, and coordinate with the factory for production readiness.
- Secure purchase orders, process transactions, and manage urgent requests efficiently.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand evolving business needs and maintain strong partnerships.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical fields.
- Familiarity with Vietnam's plastics market, including customers, applications, and competitors.
- Understanding of plastic materials (especially engineering plastics), technical specifications, environmental regulations, resin production, and injection molding processes.
- Proficient in English for effective communication.
- Strong negotiation skills, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work cross-functionally.
