Talent Acquisition Lead

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (90%)
● Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to deliver effective hiring strategies and meet business needs in a timely manner.
● Act as the primary point of contact between TA and business departments, ensuring a strong partnership and understanding of hiring requirements.
● Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top IT and creative talents, particularly in the gaming industry.
● Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
● Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking and market research.
● Analyze recruitment performance metrics, provide regular reports, and propose improvement initiatives.
● Partner with HR and management teams to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires.
Employer Branding & Employee Engagement (10%)
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute employer branding campaigns across social media, job platforms, and events.
● Foster a fun, open, and engaging work environment through internal events such as office decorations, company trips, year-end parties, and team-building
activities.
Qualifications
● At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, including 2+ years in a lead or senior position, preferably in IT or gaming industries.
● Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
● Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
● Creative, proactive, and high-energy personality with a problem-solving mindset.
● Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
● Experience recruiting Artist / Animation / Game-related positions is a strong advantage.
● Basic skills in photo/video/gif editing tools are a plus.
