Title: Edrington Administrative Executive

Reporting To:National Trade Marketing Supervisor

Location: A Dang Huu Pho, An Khanh ward, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Support to prepare of regularly scheduled reports with involved entities

·      Scan contract and follow-up until contract is signed

·      Keep track of volume contracts and related smashing report

·      Support to develop and maintain a filing system

·      Coordinate with other department for monthly expense reports submission and reconciliation

·      Maintain records of promotions, activations, and visibility materials

·      Ensure compliance with internal policies and external trade regulations

·      Support the setup, execution, and follow-up of trade promotions, in-store activations, and displays

·      Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and distributors to ensure timely delivery of materials

·      Process & deliver POSM & FOC for Trade Marketing Activities.

·      Follow-up payments to suppliers, agencies, and distributor

·      Provide general support to the team members

PERSONAL SPECS

·      Having 2 years of experience as Sales Admin / Marketing Admin or Assistant position

·      Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

·      Intermediate English

·      Sense of ownership in your performance and its impact on company's success

·      Self-starter / problem solver

·      Good time-management skills

·      Highly engaged interpersonal and communication skills

·      Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) skills a must
