**Responsibilities**:

- The Executive - Admin & Marketing will monitor and control operating expenses in both representative offices (HN & HCM) including admin tasks. He/she will provide support for development BTL MKT activities, update expenses monthly to control A&P Budget & other tasks related to marketing.
- Manage & perform all admin tasks such as preparation agreements with vendors, monitor fixed assets, product samples, brochure/leaflet, answer phone calls, etc
- Submit invoices and follow up the payment schedule to vendors, create new payees (if any). Perform fund request to Vietnam accounts, forecast office expenses, doing accounting report & voucher record on a monthly basis.
- Support all marketing activities: translation of necessary materials (if any), support for internal marketing program, arrangement & join events with distributors, working with vendors for printing & making materials.
- Support Marketing Manager in tracking, monitoring and updating marketing expense monthly.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in relevant field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English and be able to organize the work by using MS office: excel, word, PPT
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
