We are looking for a proactive and creative
Marketing & Admin Executive
to join our dynamic team. This role combines marketing activities (60%) with administrative support (40%), offering a great opportunity to develop a broad set of skills in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

Marketing (60%)

  • Support the execution of online & offline marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and update content, visuals, and branding materials across social media, website, and email channels.
  • Write posts, create simple designs using Canva/PowerPoint, and assist in developing marketing collaterals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Operations teams for internal and external events or branding programs.
  • Track and report campaign performance results.

Administration (40%)

  • Provide administrative support including office supplies management, contracts, documents, and supplier coordination.
  • Prepare materials and assist in organizing meetings and internal events.
  • Support HR-related activities such as announcements, birthday celebrations, attendance, and employee benefits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 1 YOE in the relevant position.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic design and content creation skills (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Positive, proactive, and willing-to-learn attitude.
