POSITION: BRAND MARKETING ADMIN

Location
: M-Plaza Tower, Le Duan Street, Saigon Ward, HCMC

We're looking for a Marketing
Admin
to support our marketing team with reporting, budgeting, vendor coordination, packaging development, and marketing activities. This role ensures smooth operations and accurate execution of marketing processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and report B2Ci performance by sector and brand.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
  • Monitor stock and inventory levels

2. Budget Tracking

  • Follow up on SP&A budget and accrual processes.
  • Track budget allocations, adjustments, and ensure timely processing.

3. Vendor & Merchandise Coordination

  • Oversee brand merchandise and manage PR/PO/payment processes for vendors.
  • Work with the CP team for purchasing and PO creation.
  • Coordinate packaging and delivery with vendors.
  • Assist in reviewing contract terms, providing necessary documentation, reviewing liquidation reports and proceeding vendor payments.

4. Packaging Development

  • Coordinate with design agencies and QC teams for packaging artwork.
  • Follow up with stakeholders for artwork checks before final release.
  • Prepare sub-labels for imported products and announcement letters for new launches.

5. Support Brand team in marketing activities

  • Assist with marketing materials: POSMs, brochures, newsletters, giveaways, social posts; Support internal events and prepare meeting notes.
  • Prepare meeting recaps and assist in internal brand marketing events.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1–2 years of experience in
    Marketing Admin
    or eCommerce for MNCs, FMCG or Ecoms
  • Experience working with vendors, POSM purchase orders, and related documentation
  • Logical thinking & process-driven working style; proactive, fast learner with problem-solving mindset, smooth communication skills.
  • Advanced English ability (communication is a plus).
  • Advanced Excel skills, able to interpret and convert scripts into data-mapping reports.
