Operation & Admin Specialist Role Overview:
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and bilingual (Chinese & English) Junior Operations & Admin Specialist to support the Vietnam JV across multiple functions. This role combines administrative support, CEO assistance, marketing coordination, and sales/business development activities. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and is eager to grow across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & CEO Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Vietnam JV CEO, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and internal communications
  • Liaise with local HR service providers and vendors as needed

Marketing Coordination

  • Support the execution of local marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations
  • Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams for branding and promotional activities

Sales & Business Development

  • Participate in market visits and scouting activities to identify potential partners, clients, and swap station locations
  • Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and basic client communications
  • Help prepare proposals and assist in customer meetings when required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in admin, marketing, or sales support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Vietnamese language or local market is a plus
