1. EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANT

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Student Consultation & Enrollment:

● Assist students through the enrollment process, addressing queries on programs, fees, and schedules.

● Follow up with prospective students to facilitate enrollment.

2. Student Support & Record Management:

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in our system.

● Ensure all enrollment documents are complete and correct before courses commence.

● Support students throughout their learning journey to enhance their overall experience.

3. Collaboration & Contribution:

● Collaborate closely with other departments (Teachers, Student Care, Marketing) to enhance

service quality.

● Participate in enrollment events and promotional activities.

● Report on work performance and recommend improvements for better recruitment outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Languages, Business Administration or related fields.

● Minimum 2 years of experience in student admissions or customer service (preferred).

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Fluency in English (required); proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with FS systems is a plus.

2.STUDENT - TEACHER LIAISON

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

●
Communication & Reporting:
Serve as the main communication bridge between teachers, parents, and

the SC team. Report updates to the Teacher Coordinator regarding student progress and classroom

operations.

● Classroom & Academic Operations:
Assist in class scheduling, attendance tracking, and lesson execution. Support teachers inside the classroom to ensure a productive learning environment.

Parent Communication & Student Support:
Act as the primary liaison with parents, provide academic

updates, and conduct parent-teacher meetings. Use Chinese proficiency to engage Mandarin-speaking

parents when needed.

● Retention & Re-Enrollment Strategy:
Identify at-risk students, develop intervention plans, and work

closely with the SC team to align on re-enrollment efforts. Track student retention rates and report

monthly updates.

Event & Engagement Coordination:
Support and execute academic events, workshops, and cultural

activities that enhance student engagement and motivation.

●
Quality Control Assistance:
Ensure that teachers follow lesson plans, complete evaluations, and maintain

high teaching standards. Provide feedback on academic risks and student progress.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

● Bachelor's in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 1+ years in academic operations or teaching support roles.

● Fluency in Chinese and basic English.

● Proficient in OOOLAB or similar classroom management tools.

● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
