Junior Marketing Executive

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours/week
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing
- Design and oversee all aspects of marketing plans and strategies.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets and timelines.
- Manage online content across the company's website and social media platforms.
- Run and evaluate social media campaigns, monitor metrics related to website traffic, service reach, and target audience engagement.
- Create and manage communication materials (e.g., brochures, websites, visuals, and promotional content).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Event Organization & Partnerships
- Coordinate with partners to discuss and prepare marketing materials.
- Support the organization and promotion of workshops and other events.
- Prepare materials, budgets, and logistics for external events in collaboration with partners.
Collaboration
- Prepare accurate weekly reports to update the Line Manager on marketing activities and progress.
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to refine marketing plans and gain insights into customer needs.
- Collaborate with the agency for SEO plans.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- English is a must; be able to speak Chinese is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education field.
- Experienced in Facebook Ad, Google SEO, Google Ad, SEM
- Proficient in MS Office, Canva, and Capcut. Adobe Ps, Adobe Pr is a plus.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit & Team-worker.
- Innovative, interpersonal skills, well-organized, with a customer-oriented approach
- Problem-solving skill that includes the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients.
