E-commerce Campaign Executive

1. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist the Online Brand Manager in following up on and executing campaigns across
Consumer Engagement Touchpoints (Brand Livestreams, Affiliates Livestream &
pampering, Gifts with purchases and online activation projects) that align with the Brand
Strategy and Thematic Mega Campaign Concept to drive e-commerce success.
1.1.Brand Livestream execution
• Follow up and work with the Agency to conduct Mega Livestream brand events: ensure
well production set following the concept and key activities direction from the brand
team, and brief KOLs & BAS on the livestream flow and expected results. Provide on-thespot livestream management.
• Follow up and work with the KOL team who join the brand livestream in Mega campaigns.
Brief them on the key scope, script, and follow social media requests within the agreed
scope. Manage on-site needs.
• Take care of daily livestream by managing quality online includes Tool Test, Product card,
visual follow direction and ensure testers and material needed with BAS and Livestream
agency.
• Monitor the Livestream operation agency and track brand performance (sales,
productivity, hosts) monthly on TikTok and Shopee.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and key stakeholders to execute mini-games and the
CRM plan.
1.2. Influencers livestream management & pampering
• Coordinate with the agency to execute the pampering plan for KOLs & affiliates, following
direction from the manager.
• Follow up with the agency on-site for key big-tier Livestream sessions monthly to ensure
excellent execution for the brand's slots.
1.3.GWP (Gift-with-purchase) development
• Support the development of GWP samples with the agency, following item directed from
the brand.
• Assist with the execution of GWP delivery between the agency and the internal team.
• Support tracking GWP according to the plan and usage.
1.4.Logistic support for key projects
• Support connecting with the delivery agency to execute key projects related to content
flooding, PR events, and other ad-hoc projects.
1.5.Project Report
• Process reports tracking monthly and learning by campaign for key projects related to
Livestream, GWPs, and KOLs pampering.
2. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Brand Management & E-commerce platforms.
• Language: Vietnamese and English.
• Knowledge of Brand Livestream & E-commerce channel.
• Familiar with KOLs management and POSM production.
• Possesses an open mindset & learning agility. Proactive and solutions-oriented.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while
meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to work with agencies and other functions to drive
project results.
• Strong Communication & Organizational skills (in terms of tasks prioritization, deadline
management).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint (Power BI & Canva
are a plus)
