Main purpose of the position
- Providing professional admin services as cusomer service role across the Company
- Present as the fist contact point of the Company for employees, visitors, customers to handle issue & transfer to right person to solve
- Ensure all office facilities, outsource services, travel arangement, corespondance, internal events, meeting running smoothly & meet Carlsberg demand standard
Job responsibilities
- Welcome guests, visitors to the Company
- Monitor outsourced service vendors to ensure service delivery according to contracts and Company requirements; work closely with other departments to ensure contracts and purchase requests are in order.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, as well as travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and visitors (air tickets, train tickets, car rentals, hotels, visas – both domestic and international).
- Provide administrative support to other departments and employees, including preparing tea breaks for internal/external meetings, trainings, team building activities, internal events, and distributing beer/gifts on special occasions...
- Making reports and manage payment processes, including monthly reports on air tickets, hotel bookings, transportation, car/house rentals, cleaning services, and other administration-related services.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory (stationery, office supplies, office repairs, etc.).
- Ensure follow with 5S standards in the office, as well as safety, food hygiene, and fire prevention requirements.
- Keep updated with new software, systems, technologies, and automation tools to enhance work efficiency.

Educational / minimum requirements
- Fluent in English (speaking, writing& reading)
