The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Vietnam office. This role involves handling administrative, procurement, and facility-related activities, as well as supporting general office maintenance and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • :Oversee the setup, organization, and maintenance of the Vietnam office premises
  • .Assist in the procurement of office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels
  • .Select vendors and manage service contracts, renewals, and related documentation
  • .Perform general administrative duties, including handling phone calls, coordinating with vendors (e.g., for pantry setup), and addressing basic queries from prospects and customers
  • .Manage visitor reception, mail and courier services, and meeting room arrangements
  • .Handle basic accounting and administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and mail handling
  • .Support pantry and facility upkeep to maintain a clean and functional work environment
  • .Maintain accurate corporate records, reports, and administrative documents
  • .Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing logistics
  • .Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requiremen**

  • tsDiploma or Degree in any disciplin
  • e.Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar office administration rol
  • e.Strong organizational and interpersonal skill
  • s.Good verbal and written communication skill
  • s.Fluent in the local language for daily communicatio
  • n.Proficient in MS Office applications and spreadsheets, with basic accounting knowledg
  • e.Computer-literate, with good coordination and problem-solving abilitie
