Manage and monitor office assets, equipment, stationery, and supplies.Draft, archive, and manage internal administrative documents and incoming/outgoing correspondences.Support the organization of internal meetings, events, client receptions, and seminars (if any).Handle procedures with state authorities related to company operations (e.g., company seal, business registration updates, ETC.).Ensure smooth office operations and logistics support.Other administrative and office tasks as required by the BOD.Coordinate with departments to plan and implement recruitment activities.Post job ads, screen resumes, arrange and follow up on interviews.Prepare labor contracts, personnel decisions, and manage employee files.Handle social insurance procedures, timekeeping, and assist with payroll processing.Support performance evaluation processes (KPIs), rewards and disciplinary actions, and internal training programs.Assist in building and updating HR procedures, policies, and regulations in compliance with labor laws and company directives.Other HR tasks as required by the BOD.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields.1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a consulting or professional environment.Strong communication and business writing skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, ETC.).Experience with HR software is a plus.English/ Japanese proficiency is a strong advantage.Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
