DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Generation and Meetings: Meet with prospective clients to present TalentView solutions specific to Talent Assessment and Development (e.g. Talegent Assessment, Indeed and Glassdoor, Leadership Pipeline Builder, Graduate Recruitment Program). Creates presentation decks and collaterals aligned to the needs of the potential client. Records client inquiries, objections, next steps, etc. Lead qualifying via email or outbound calls.

Business Development: Understanding recruitment practices, HR technologies, and TalentView solutions to be a strategic client partner. Responsibilities include crafting tailored proposals and engaging in the full account closure process through calls, meetings, demos, and negotiations. Participation in networking events is essential for increasing TalentView's visibility. Collaboration with the marketing team ensures consistent external communication alignment. The role extends to preparing impactful business case studies, formulating service scope pricing strategies, and prioritizing lucrative business opportunities. Leveraging industry knowledge, the individual aligns unique selling propositions and facilitates post-sales training for optimal platform utilization.

Consultative Selling: Listening actively to comprehend the customer's challenges, objectives, and pain points. Meets lead and client expectations and represents the values that TalentView embodies in all interactions with team members and customers.

Workshop Facilitation: Designing the workshop agenda, setting clear goals and learning objectives, and preparing materials and resources needed for the session. Managing the workshop schedule effectively and ensuring that discussions and activities stays on track. Facilitating learning and knowledge sharing among participants, guiding discussions, and offering insights or expertise to support understanding and learning outcomes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Management, and other related courses
  • Technical skills required: HR Recruitment and Learning & Development (L&D) Practices, Proficient in using Google platforms, MS Office Tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, customer focus, sales, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.
