We're looking for an 
IT & Business Solutions Specialist
 to develop and maintain our Microsoft 365 systems and platform, streamline and automate workflows, and support the company's digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

IT System Development & Support (Core)

  • Develop, implement, and maintain tools, workflows, and dashboards within 
    Microsoft 365
     (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Outlook, OneDrive).
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, and data security.
  • Provide an internal IT desk and user support/training.

Data Visualization & Reporting (Core)

  • Build dashboards and reports (finance, projects, HR, legal) to support management decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, backups, and governance.

Digital Improvement & Innovation (Growth Area)

  • Identify inefficiencies and propose automation or AI solutions.
  • Develop CRM, document management, and integration tools.
  • Share practical IT tips and support team productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in 
    IT, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems
    .
  • 3+ years
     of experience in IT operations, system development, or business process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of 
    Microsoft 365 ecosystem
    .
  • Fluent in 
    English and Vietnamese
    .
  • Logical, proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to grow with a dynamic team.
