About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Solutions Engineer II
to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping innovative technical solutions for customers, driving business growth, and maximizing the value of cutting-edge cloud and cybersecurity technologies. This is a
pre-sales
position requiring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers, understand their technical and business needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Act as a technical advisor throughout the sales process, from initial engagement to solution design, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Lead the technical proposal process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation that meets customer requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Sales, Engineering, Product, and Technical Support—to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Support integration processes by scoping implementation timelines, identifying risks, and providing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Review and validate configurations to ensure solution quality and alignment with client needs.
  • Promote the company's technology solutions to both new and existing customers to help drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 6–7 years of experience
    in a
    technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or consulting role
    with customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Hands-on expertise
    in
    Cybersecurity
    and
    Cloud Computing
    , with exposure to
    AI technologies
    and securing AI assets.
  • Strong understanding of
    Internet and security technologies
    such as API security, content delivery, DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, and TLS.
  • Proficiency in
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related tools (Kubernetes, cloud storage, developer platforms).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are a
    strong advantage
    .

Preferred Background

Candidates from leading technology and cloud security companies such as
F5 Networks, Cloudflare, Fastly, AWS, Zscaler, or Google Cloud
are highly preferred.
