About the Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development of our cutting-edge products. You will guide and mentor a team of talented engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business objectives. If you have a strong technical background in both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to architect solutions, provide technical guidance, and lead a team of developers, you are an ideal candidate for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Gather Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements.
• Analyze Business Needs: Conduct thorough analyses of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
• Support Project Alignment: Work closely with project teams to ensure that all initiatives align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
• Process Documentation: Document business processes, workflows, and requirements to facilitate clear communication and understanding across teams.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
• Facilitate Workshops: Lead workshops and meetings to discuss requirements, brainstorm solutions, and resolve conflicts.
• Create and Maintain Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and use cases.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
