Role: Fluent Japanese Business Analyst (BA) - Entry Level

Location: Vietnam (HCMC) / Japan / Remote

Work Mode: On-site / Support Remote (Monday–Friday)

As a Business Analyst, you will support cross-functional SAP implementation and solution development projects by assisting with requirement gathering, documentation, coordination, and cross-language communication. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in SAP consulting, business analysis, and project coordination in a professional and international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate proactiveness, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a high-intensity environment
  • Work closely with SAP consultants and project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
  • Support documentation of business processes, user stories, and test cases in both English and Japanese.
  • Act as a liaison between Vietnamese teams and Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and support ongoing SAP and internal projects across departments.
  • Assist in preparing Pre-sales presentation slides for customer meetings and proposals.
  • Contribute to QA testing, feedback collection, and product improvement tasks.
  • Prepare internal reports, project trackers, and workflow visuals.
  • Support communication and documentation across multiple teams.

Qualifications

  • Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2+ or N1 level is required. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • English proficiency in both verbal and written communication (required).
  • Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good presentation and communication skills (e.g., preparing slides, explaining ideas clearly).
  • Eagerness to learn about SAP S/4HANA, logistics, and supply chain business processes.
