Mô tả công việc:

(Mức lương: triệu VNĐ)

  • Check giá các tuyến hàng, Kiểm tra space, xin freetime cho các lô hàng;
  • Giữ mối quan hệ với các đối tác để có được sự hỗ trợ tốt nhất về giá và các khâu dịch vụ;
  • Tìm hiểu các quy tắc làm việc của Vendor cũng như đưa ra kế hoạch phối hợp với phòng Sales để có được giá tốt nhất từ Vendor. Tăng tỷ lệ thành công trong việc chào giá và book hàng cho phòng Sales;
  • Tư vấn, gợi ý cho Sales về giá cả, dịch vụ và những thông tin khác của các Vendor tuỳ theo tuyến và mặt hàng của Sales;
  • Check giá các tuyến hàng xuất theo đường hàng không với các Vendor và Agent nước ngoài;
  • Gửi thông tin Agent cho bộ phận Docs sau khi Sales chốt được booking với khách hàng để Docs tiến hành lấy booking và handle lô hàng;

  • Tiến hành ký Agreement với Agent mới.

  • Theo dõi biến động thị trường logistics và đề xuất điều chỉnh giá kịp thời.

  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng bộ phận.

Hình thức làm việc: Toàn thời gian

Quyền lợi được hưởng:

  • Thu nhập: 15Tr - 20Tr (hoặc thỏa thuận theo năng lực)+ hoa hồng hàng tháng; Cơ hội thăng tiến lên trưởng bộ phận

  • BHXH sau 02 tháng thử việc, chế độ khám sức khỏe theo quy định của Công ty;

  • Thưởng lễ, tết, sinh nhật, lương tháng 13, thưởng hiệu quả kinh doanh;

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Cao Đẳng

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 2 năm ở vị trí tương đương tại các công ty logisitcs;
  • Tin học văn phòng & các ứng dụng Internet thành thạo;
  • Tiếng Anh giao tiếp phục vụ công việc;
  • Linh hoạt, siêng năng không ngại khó, kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán, thuyết phục tốt;
  • Tác phong nhanh nhẹn, làm việc với trách nhiệm cao & cẩn thận.
