About the Role

We are looking for a
hands-on Pricing Manager
to
lead and execute programs that drive GMV growth, active product expansion, and user engagement
. This role requires someone who is data-driven, execution-focused, and capable of managing multiple initiatives with tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Initiatives Execution

  • Initiate and manage short-term and long-term programs (e.g. market benchmarking, customer behavior analysis, pricing optimization, etc ) to enhance platform expansion and drive GMV
  • Coordinate execution across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Own timelines, manage growth budgets, track ROI, end-to-end delivery, and regularly assess program performance.

Data Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze GMV drivers, product-level performance, and user funnel behavior to spot bottlenecks and unlock growth.
  • Translate data into clear business decisions and initiative proposals.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and regular performance reports for leadership.

3. Team Management

  • Mentor and guide junior Growth Executives, ensuring alignment on KPIs and accountability.
  • Set clear objectives, track execution, and provide regular feedback.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making, fast learning, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Background & Experience

  • 5+ years in Pricing, Business Development, Strategy, or Category Management.
  • Previous experience in E-commerce, Tech, FMCG, or Logistics preferred.
  • Strong track record in cross-functional execution and project ownership.

Skills

  • Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets; SQL proficiency preferred.
  • Deep understanding of pricing strategy, promotions, segmentation, and product lifecycle.
