The Role: Key Responsibilities

As a Transfer Pricing Consultant, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering high-quality client service and developing best-practice methodologies. Your core duties will include:

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of transfer pricing projects, including the preparation of transfer pricing documentations. Conduct benchmarking studies and analyse financial data to formulate defensible transfer pricing policies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing transfer pricing strategies that align with clients' business objectives and manage tax risk. Effectively communicate these strategies, concepts, and compliance requirements in client meetings and written reports.
  • Maintain and expand your knowledge of the evolving global transfer pricing landscape, including OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and local regulations. Analyse how these developments impact our clients and advise the senior team accordingly.
  • Compile materials and provide support in defending clients during tax authority audits concerning related-party transactions.
  • Collaborate with other service lines to identify cross-selling opportunities. Contribute to the creation of proposals and the development of training materials for the internal team.

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for a highly motivated team player with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a professional services or relevant advisory environment. Experience with transfer pricing is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to team deliverables and a strong interest in developing deep technical capability.
  • A solid understanding of finance, valuation, and economic concepts, with excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent project coordination and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Familiarity with the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and relevant domestic regulations. Knowledge of Vietnamese Transfer Pricing regulations (Decree 132/2020/ND-CP and Decree 20/2025/ND-CP) is a significant advantage.
