  • Manage assigned sales territory and identify high-potential prospects.

    Quản lý khu vực kinh doanh được giao và xác định khách hàng tiềm năng.
  • Perform prospecting activities: cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking events.

    Thực hiện tìm kiếm khách hàng: gọi điện, đi thị trường, tham gia sự kiện kết nối.
  • Build strong relationships and provide tailored logistics solutions.

    Xây dựng quan hệ với khách hàng và đề xuất giải pháp logistics phù hợp.
  • Conduct onsite visits to understand client needs and customize service packages.

    Thăm trực tiếp khách hàng để khảo sát nhu cầu và tư vấn gói dịch vụ riêng.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

    Lập và triển khai kế hoạch bán hàng để đạt mục tiêu doanh thu.
  • Present proposals and negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms.

    Trình bày báo giá và đàm phán giá, hợp đồng, điều khoản.
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.

    Cập nhật thông tin thị trường, nhu cầu khách hàng và hoạt động đối thủ.
  • Maintain sales records and track performance vs targets.

    Theo dõi kết quả bán hàng và ghi nhận đầy đủ dữ liệu hoạt động.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for the manager.

    Chuẩn bị báo cáo bán hàng định kỳ cho quản lý.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Maritime, Business, or related fields.

    Tốt nghiệp Đại học các ngành: Ngoại thương, Hàng hải, Kinh doanh hoặc liên quan.
  • Experience in field sales or business development, preferably in logistics.

    Có kinh nghiệm sales thị trường hoặc phát triển kinh doanh, ưu tiên ngành logistics.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

    Kỹ năng giao tiếp và xây dựng quan hệ tốt.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
