1. Job Description / Key Responsibilities

A. Analysis & Performance Measurement

  • Conduct process surveys, data collection, and create
    Value Stream Maps (VSM)
    and SIPOC diagrams for critical processes.
  • Measure and evaluate operational performance metrics (
    Lead Time, Takt Time, Cycle Time, PCE
    ) to identify waste and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop
    operational KPIs dashboards
    and reports for the Management Board and relevant departments.

B. Project Implementation & Optimization

  • Develop the departmental
    Operational Excellence (OpEx) roadmap
    and improvement strategy.
  • Plan and execute major
    LEAN/DMAIC
    (Six Sigma) projects to achieve significant cost savings and productivity gains.
  • Propose and implement cost-reduction solutions without compromising quality or compliance.
  • Drive
    process automation
    and file digitization initiatives using tools like
    Power Automate/Power Apps
    .
  • Monitor adherence to quality standards (
    SLA/KPI
    ) and execute Corrective and Preventive Actions (
    CAPA
    ) when necessary.
  • Build new processes to support business growth and
    digital transformation
    .

C. Leadership & Culture

  • Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of improvement team members; provide coaching and develop the team's capabilities.
  • Promote a
    Continuous Improvement Culture
    by organizing
    Kaizen
    events,
    5S
    training, and soliciting innovative ideas.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to execute improvement initiatives and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Ensure full compliance with operating and improvement procedures and regulations.
  • Contribute to building a positive corporate culture through internal activities.

2. Job Requirements

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree required;
    Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt)
    certification is strongly preferred.
  • Experience:
    Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in
    warehousing or logistics operations
    ; proven experience in leading
    Lean/DMAIC
    improvement projects is essential.
  • Core Skills:
    Strong analytical,
    strategic thinking
    , leadership & influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Expertise in LEAN, Six Sigma principles, and basic
    automation skills
    (Power Automate/Power Apps). Proficient in MS Office, with a strong preference for
    Power BI/Advanced Excel
    for data analysis.
  • Mindset:
    High integrity, discipline, strong focus on
    continuous improvement
    , customer-centricity, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure;
    System Thinking
    required.
  • Language:
    Proficient in English (average to good communication, excellent specialized document comprehension).
  • Mobility:
    Willingness to travel to distribution centers/sites when required.
