PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

- Drive process excellence by improving productivity, quality and accuracy of the operation by identifying, defining, and implementing process and operational quality improvement initiatives.
- Standardize and implement key initiatives and standards and promote operational efficiencies and cost savings targets through introduction of various tools and facilitating sharing of the best practices

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Good knowledge on International Transportation (Sea, Air and Cross-Border Transportation) / Domestics Transportation / Warehousing / Customs Clearance to be able to talk with Supplier on rate, capacity and service expectation at basic level

Proactively follow up with suppliers on assigned shipments to maximize the performance of suppliers and deliver on agreed target KPIs.

Identify operational issue and resolve it as quickly as possible

Proactively renewing supplier costs according to lead time and make sure the costs are market competitive and available timely.

Understand Customer's requirement and work with Suppliers to find and implement suitable solutions for Customer if required

Understand service’s KPIs from practice and make customization if necessary for Customer’s requirement.

Manage operating costs to balance the needs of customers and business performance

Able to partner closely with all business stakeholders (Operations, Sales, Accounting, Marketing, Legal ) to set and implement strategy.

Able to analyze Supplier's data, such as KPI, costs, capacity, to give proper decision on assignment, exception resolving and procurement.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
At least 3-5 years of experience in freight management / domestics transportation / warehousing / customs clearance, business analysis, data extraction and manipulation

Experience in operational transformation

Experience in working with large cross-functional teams

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field

Good in written and spoken English

Adaptability in working in a high pressure working environment
