DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Work on Cross functional projects (Process set up/ improvement) to help platform run seamlessly and sustainably. As part of the projects develop and execute strategies and help communicate with relevant stakeholders to help SPX operations even in unexpected situations.
- Key contact point between SPX Departments (Local and Reg.) and Operations Excellence team on those special projects that needs collaboration across teams.
- Lead and manage projects end to end; work with varied stakeholders to achieve its business goals.
- Support the team with the development of business project reports.
- Design and build reports and presentation, ensure data integrity and hygiene.
- Work proactively with internal teams (e.g Ops, BI, CX, Product etc.) on assigned projects.
- Adapt and react quickly to changing needs and business decisions.

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years’ experience in ecommerce positions related to Data Analysis, Project Management and Coordination, experience in elogistics is a plus.
- Strong technical skills in Excel (modelling), Google Sheets, Google Slides.
- Great attention to detail, excellent data sense and communication skills.
- Able to write and communicate well in English.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
