We are looking for candidates who are passionate about business, especially in the retail sectors related to fashion, F&B & hospitality. Candidates must be proficient in English and have experience in Sales Supervisor/Store Manager positions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Operations Manager located in the Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area. The Retail Operations Manager will oversee daily retail operations, manage store staff, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to enhance store efficiency. Duties also include coordinating inventory management, remaining up-to-date with industry trends, and maintaining operational standards to foster a productive and engaging retail environment.

  • Perform tasks assigned by the General Store Manager as an assistant.
  • Rotating shifts
  • Improve operational efficiency and execution at the store.
  • Monitor and report sales performance and operations by floor and by staff to the Store Manager.
  • Allocate staff, control work shifts, and manage staff attendance.
  • Plan and directly conduct training for new staff.
  • Analyze data, develop operational strategies, and build store development plans

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in Retail Operations and Operations Management
  • Ability to work independently and thoroughly understand the local market
  • Fluent in English & Vietnamese; French is an advantage
  • Strong Store Management and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Insurance Law, and related regulations.
  • Strong ownership, problem-solving, decision-making, data analysis, attention to detail, communication & listening skills.
  • Proficient in computer and technology usage, multi-tasking.

  • Fashion sense required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail sectors, fashion industry experience is a plus.
