1. Key Responsibilities

Operations

  • Oversee and ensure that operations and service delivery across all assigned zones (40–50 stores) are executed at the highest standards.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Ensure that suppliers and contractors deliver according to agreed terms and best practices.
  • Ensure that new store openings and expansions align with the annual plan.
  • Act as the key contact point between Operations and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations within the zone.

Planning

  • Develop operational plans to achieve business targets.
  • Control operational budgets and costs, optimize asset returns, increase sales, and improve profitability.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the OD and Board of Directors.

People Management

  • Provide continuous leadership, guidance, and coaching for all Area Managers and employees within the zone.
  • Manage performance evaluations according to the company's evaluation schedule.
  • Foster a culture of openness and trust, providing consistent feedback and performance coaching.
  • Collaborate with the Training Team to develop training and development plans for the Operations team.

2. Requirements

  • College/University degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Zone/Area Manager or higher, preferably with retail knowledge; F&B chain experience is a plus.
  • Experience in budget management, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop people.
  • Ability to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work effectively under time constraints and tight deadlines.
  • Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
