Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development professional, based in the Hanoi Capital Region. The primary responsibilities include generating new business leads, conducting market research, and developing strategies to expand the company's client base. The role also involves building and nurturing client relationships, communicating effectively with prospects, and ensuring an excellent customer service experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the assigned markets.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage prospective clients through online research, networking, and outreach to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering personalized IT solutions.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiation: Conduct product demos, pitch proposals, and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
  • Market & Product Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position solutions to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales performance metrics, ensuring targets and deadlines are met.
