MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

  • Thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến Mua hàng và Thủ tục Xuất, nhập khẩu

  • Các hoạt động mua hàng:

  • Tìm kiếm nhà cung cấp mới (chủ yếu các NCC từ Trung Quốc), yêu cầu và quản lý báo giá

  • Trao đổi và Đàm phán các nội dung trước giao dịch

+Quản lý kỳ hạn đơn hàng, giao hàng

  • Báo cáo, thống kê tồn kho, tính toán đặt hàng và các báo cáo khác theo phân công.
  • Các hoạt động xuất nhập khẩu
  • Chuẩn bị chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu, khai báo hải quan
  • Kiểm soát hoạt động giao nhận hàng hóa.
  • Lập và kiểm soát báo cáo thanh khoản trong hoạt động xuất nhập khẩu.
  • Thực hiện các hoạt động quản lý, tạo và phối hợp Review hợp đồng, thanh toán tạm ứng theo quy định của công ty

YÊU CẦU:

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành kinh tế/kinh tế đối ngoại/thương mại quốc tế hoặc tương đương
  • Năng lực ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Trung HSK 6 trở lên hoặc tiếng Anh giao tiếp.
  • Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực hậu cần và xuất nhập khẩu, ưu tiên đã làm với NCC Trung Quốc.
  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại công ty logistics
  • Nhanh nhẹn, Trách nhiệm, nhiệt tình, ham học hỏi

QUYỀN LỢI:

  • Review performance 2 lần/năm.
