Role Description

  • Lead the harmonised implementation of the TMS software for bulk, cylinder operations, and maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with all relevant internal departments and external software providers to ensure timely progress, system quality, and successful deployment of updates
  • Drive optimization in TMS utilization through automation in dispatching, new customers and volumes management, wage and fuel management, KPI tracking, and driver app functions
  • Support telemetry deployment and integrate telemetry and data analytics into logistics workflows to enhance visibility and system efficiency
  • Support the logistics team in monthly KPI reporting, analysis, and action tracking related to logistics performance and transformation initiatives.
  • Lead 5S and Kaizen initiatives within the logistics department to improve productivity, safety, and costs savings
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to achieve measurable performance gains
  • Ensure data-driven insights and recommendations are delivered to support management decision-making
  • Support the rollout of TMS to other countries, when required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in logistics or project management, with at least 2 years in system implementation and process transformation roles
  • Strong understanding of TMS, logistics operations, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S)
  • Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills
  • Good command of English and MS Office; experience with ERP and Transportation software (TMS preferred)
