The Project Coordinator provides essential administrative, logistical, and documentation support to the on-site LTA team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operation within the Vietnam office

• Administrative Support: Manage all local meeting scheduling, venue booking, travel arrangements for visiting international team members, and expense tracking.
• Documentation Control: Maintain the local document register, ensuring all incoming and outgoing documents (RFI, RFQ, Minutes of Meeting) are properly filed, version-controlled, and distributed to local stakeholders.
• Communication Flow: Assist the LPM in preparing meeting agendas, taking detailed minutes, and tracking action items from local stakeholder workshops and internal team meetings.
• Logistics & Translation: Facilitate general office logistics, including local IT support, procurement of local resources, and providing on-demand translation support during meetings (not primary translator).
• Compliance Administration: Assist the LPM in gathering and documenting evidence of compliance with local regulations.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or executive assistance, preferably in a consulting or engineering environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and highly proficient in English.
• Familiarity with the project environment and local business culture is a strong advantage.

• Contract Type: 6-month contract or full-time contract
• Working time: From Monday to Friday (9AM - 6PM) and occasionally Saturday mornings
• Working Location: Hanoi

- Da Nang office: 23rd Floor, G8 Golden Building, 65 Hai Phong, Hai Chau Ward, Da Nang City, Vietnam.

- Remote Work: Candidates based in Hanoi or Can Tho are welcome to work remotely.
