Role Overview

We are seeking a 
Finance & Administration Manager
to 
manage payroll, tax filings, social security, financial reporting, and daily administrative operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in accounting and compliance, and familiar with local regulations and banking procedures. This role supports Vietnam operations, ensuring smooth financial and administrative processes while collaborating across teams.

This position offers growth opportunities in finance and operations, allowing the right candidate to take on broader responsibilities in corporate finance, compliance, and operational leadership.

Key Requirement and Responsibilities

  • High fluency in Vietnamese, Mandarin, and English languages
  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, administrative experience is a plus
  • Finance Certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA, ...) are a plus
  • Process payroll and handle related tax filing
  • Manage labor insurance and social security declarations
  • Handle the declaration of VAT, business tax, and corporate income tax
  • Prepare financial statements in compliance with Vietnam national accounting standards
  • Liaise with banks and manage daily banking operations
  • Familiar with import/export procedures and possesses relevant financial handling experience
  • Act as the company' primary contact for annual audits, tax inspections, and government reviews
  • Handle corporate administration and compliance matters for the office
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
