JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for an Administrator – Sharepoint to join our project team, which is one of the UK's leading financial and online retail corporations specializing in corporate travel solutions., with annual revenue exceeding £2.2 billion

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain, configure, deploy, and support SharePoint sites and services.
  • Monitor platform performance and conduct capacity planning.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and apply updates, patches, and upgrades.
  • Manage SharePoint infrastructure including databases, web servers, and application servers.
  • Configure workflows, site templates, and integrations with Microsoft 365 apps.
  • Ensure high availability and redundancy across SharePoint environments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • Deep understanding of SharePoint Online/Server, including site creation, permissions, workflows, and customization.
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and architecture.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL Server and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with server administration (IIS, Windows Server).
  • Understanding of security best practices including encryption, vulnerability scanning, and RBAC.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
