I. JOB TITLE

Sales Engineer: 02 people

- Job description:

• Research and analyze customer needs for aviation products. Promote search for partners, offer products and services for manufacturing aircraft equipment to customers.

• Organize negotiations with customers, sign contracts, perform contractual obligations and collect debts. Carry out documents, procedures and papers related to sales work.

• Build product cost, evaluate orders, evaluate standards, coordinate with relevant agencies and units to propose optimal cost to ensure competitiveness in the market.

• Build and develop customer relationships.

• Monitor production progress and deliver goods to customers.

• Research, analyze the market, research competitors in the field of aircraft equipment manufacturing.

• Build supply chains (Raw materials, Processing partners, Partners performing special processes...) to meet customer requirements. Coordinate with the Investment - Purchasing Center to build purchasing plans.

• Coordinate units in VMC to ensure project progress.

• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

- Personnel standards:

• Qualification: University degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics/Other relevant majors

• Foreign language: English TOEIC ≥650.

• Experience: ≥ 3 years of experience working in sales, marketing or other related fields related to aviation and precision engineering products with international markets

• Have market knowledge and good analytical thinking.

• Good communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
