About the Client:

Our client is a European manufacturer of high-voltage electrical products with a factory in Vietnam. The company supplies high-voltage equipment from Vietnam to overseas markets worldwide.

Role Overview:

This role coordinates with the front sales team to follow up on RFQs and manage the tendering process. It is also responsible for project management activities, including updating customers on production and delivery status.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team to handle RFQs and manage the full tendering process.
  • Review technical specifications and prepare compliant technical and commercial proposals.
  • Liaise with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure accurate offers and timelines.
  • Manage project follow-up after order confirmation, updating customers on production and delivery status.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients to support smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power Engineering.
  • Experience in tendering or project coordination for high-voltage or medium voltage products.
  • Strong technical understanding of either earthing switches, GIS, disconnectors, switchgear, transformers, or related systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, proactive, collaborative.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Good English
