This role will focus on media sales to B2B partners, including media agencies, corporate clients, and other business entities, playing a key role in expanding our partnership ecosystem and driving ads revenue. The ideal candidate thrives in building long-term relationships, managing accounts with dedication, and business growth.
1. Job Description
- Identify and recruit high-potential B2B partners aligned with the company's business objectives, including media agencies, advertisers, corporate clients, and other business entities
- Manage and grow ads revenue with our clients, ensure client satisfaction & business growth with the company through account management, joint business planning, and partnership growth initiatives.
- Pitch new opportunities, negotiate deals, and close agreements to meet business targets.
- Oversee contract processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance, ads operations) to support smooth execution.
- Analyze sales performance, campaign effectiveness and market trends to identify opportunities for new business and continuous improvement in revenue
2. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Media, or related experience. Media experience is a plus.
- Have 6 months - a year of experience in account management, business development, or partnership management.
- Strong skills in pitching, negotiating, and managing client relationships.
- Proven ability to handle contracts, processes, and details with accuracy and timeliness.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Good command of English
3. Salary and Benefits:
- Gross salary: 15,000,000 VND (based on your experience and skills)
- 100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI
- Annual leave
