I. About the role:
We are seeking an experienced
Sale Specialist
to drive growth in our
B2B payment solutions
targeted at
logistics, import/export, E-Seller, and international trade businesses
.
This role requires a strong background in
sales
and
business development within the logistics or trading sector
, deep understanding of
cross-border payment challenges
, and the ability to consult clients on
digital payment solutions
that optimize their international operations.
You will play a key role in
expanding our B2B client network
,
building strategic partnerships
, and
developing tailored payment solutions
for importers, exporters, and logistics service providers.
II. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach and acquire new B2B clients in the logistics, trading, and import/export, travel sectors...
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, finance, procurement, logistics managers).
- Understand clients' operational and payment pain points to consult on digital cross-border payment solutions.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to customize solutions that meet client requirements.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Represent the company in relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance team performance.
III. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Finance, or Logistics.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in: Logistics, Global E-commerse, Freight forwarding, import/export, or Fintech / payment solutions for B2B clients.
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining key client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Understanding of international trade processes, cross-border transactions, and B2B payment flows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and drive results.
- English proficiency is required (both written and spoken)
