Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trade Marketing Specialist based in Hồ Chí Minh City, Vietnam. The Trade Marketing Specialist will oversee the planning and execution of trade marketing strategies to support the company's brands. Key responsibilities include market planning, developing in-store campaigns, analyzing market and sales data, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize brand presence and performance. The role will also involve fostering strong relationships with trade partners and ensuring alignment with the company's brand values.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Planning and Trade Marketing to develop and execute effective trade campaigns.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting market trends and sales data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and build positive relationships with trade partners.
  • Knowledge and experience in Marketing with the ability to align trade efforts with broader brand strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a trade marketing or sales position, ideally within the consumer goods or beverage industry, is beneficial.
  • Adaptability, proactive mindset, and a strong passion for coffee culture and the brand's mission are advantageous.
