Trade Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:

bTaskee is looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Trade Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for executing on-site marketing activities with the goal of expanding brand presence, acquiring new users, and boosting offline-to-online conversion performance. You will take the lead in designing physical touchpoints such as booths, kiosks, and POSM materials, planning and executing offline sales activations, managing field teams, and building strong relationships with key venue partners including apartment complexes, office buildings, and residential communities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ideate & Execute Touchpoints: Develop and implement attractive booth, POSM, and event concepts at points of sale, ensuring alignment with communication goals and target audiences;
• Expand & Manage Locations: Scout, connect, and directly engage with strategic locations (apartments, buildings, residential areas, etc.) to deploy effective offline activities;
• Event & Activation Management: Plan, organize, and supervise offline sales programs, directly engaging customers on-site (events, booths, sampling, mini-games, etc.);
• Optimize Experience & Conversion: Design a seamless customer journey at touchpoints, testing and optimizing on-site conversion methods (QR codes, leaflets, service demos, etc.);
• Team & Partner Management: Manage and train PG teams/collaborators at points of sale. Coordinate with internal teams and local partners for co-branding activations and synchronized communication;
• Analysis & Improvement: Monitor, interpret, and evaluate the effectiveness of offline campaigns (reach, engagement, conversion). Analyze competitors to propose continuous improvements;
• Negotiation & Local Collaboration: Negotiate locations, work with apartment management, event organizers, or local authorities to deploy activities and integrate the brand into the community;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields;
• +2 years of experience in Trade Marketing / Activation / BTL Marketing, preferably in the service or trading sectors;
• Proven experience with new sales points, showrooms, and activation booths;
• Familiarity with building/apartment management, local markets, and shopping malls;
• Strong visual & brand thinking for booth/POSM design;
• Understands offline metrics (reach, sampling, conversion, CPT);
• Proficient in venue negotiation, surveying, and budget planning;
• Skilled in personnel coordination and data-driven improvement;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion;
• Proactive, agile, and handles pressure well;
• Works independently, collaborates effectively, willing to travel;
• Have a personal laptop.
