Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist, located in our office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, analyzing sales data, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes coordinating with various departments to optimize product listings, track inventory, handle customer inquiries, and improve overall online sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong E-Commerce experience and Sales skills
  • Experience in managing brand shops on Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc in Vietnam
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to interpret sales data
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills and Communication abilities
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is a plus
