Position:
E-Operations Executive (E-Wallet/SuperApp)

Location:
CMC Creative Space, District 7, HCM.

Working Hour:
Mon – Sat | 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM (Saturday work is occasional, based on workload)

1. Get to know the role:

This role runs day-to-day operations (including working on continuous process improvement

initiatives) to bring our financial products to drivers/merchants or passengers which include but

are not limited to the following:

  • Oversee daily operations for the company's financial products, ensuring smooth, accurate,

and efficient workflows.

  • Design, manage, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Monitor

operational risks, propose improvements, and participate in automation projects to enhance

scalability and reduce costs

  • Marketing Operations: Execute and manage in-app marketing campaigns; collaborate with

the Marketing team to build campaign content, key visuals, and track campaign performance

metrics.

  • Inventory & Reconciliation: Coordinate with warehouses to ensure adequate stock levels;

manage purchase orders, invoice, data reconciliation, and periodic reporting.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Tech) and external vendors

to launch products and support post-sales operations.

  • Provide occasional customer support and handle administrative tasks as assigned by the

Manager.

2. The Must-Have

  • Bachelor's degree (Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce, Product Operations, or Marketing

Operations.

  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis, reporting, and workflow management

  • Familiarity with key concepts: SOPs, operational risks, NPS, automation.

  • Highly detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable with repetitive, process-driven tasks.

3. Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: 13,800,000 VNĐ Gross/month

  • 100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI
