About the position:

We're hiring a full-time
Head of Operations
. Since we're a start up, this position will require you to wear multiple hats and is a great development opportunity for individuals wanting to grow into a COO/CMO position for a small organization in the next ~3-5 years. You will report to the CEO and be a leader in the business, involved in critical organizational decision-making.

Primary responsibilities:

  1. Operations Leadership:

  2. Manage NTI programs' timelines and workflows including: course marketing, learner recruitment, P/L projection, course delivery and management, and analyzing post-course evaluation.

  3. Build and refine internal systems for project management, communications, and data tracking.
  4. Lead daily check-ins and weekly team meetings.

  5. Lead operational improvements - simplify, automate, and document processes as the organization scales.

  6. Growth:

  7. Develop and execute growth campaigns to reach ambitious enrollment targets.

  8. Collaborate with the Academic Team to ensure consistent branding across materials.

  9. Partner & Stakeholder Relations:

  10. Support the CEO and leadership team in building partnerships with universities, companies, and sponsors.

  11. Draft and manage contracts, MOUs, and partner deliverables with professionalism and attention to detail.

  12. Represent NTI in meetings, events, and cross-institution collaborations.

  13. Financial & Administrative Oversight:

  14. Coordinate with external accounting partners for bookkeeping, payments, and reporting.

  15. Track and report program budgets, P/L statements, and marketing ROI.

  16. Support financial planning, projections, and internal reporting for the CEO and Board.

  17. Business strategy:

  18. Assist the CEO/Board with fundraising, business developments, and company strategies

  19. Team management:

  20. Manage four part-time staff to start but we expect the team to grow in the next 12 months.

  21. Responsible for their tasks, quality of outputs, and professional growth.

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Are fluent in Vietnamese and highly proficient in English (verbal and written).
  • Have 3-7 years of experience in marketing, operation, or general management.
  • Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Have strong project planning and organizational skills
  • Experience in a prior fast-growing startup or demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
  • Bonus: experience working in the AI field, technology, or in education.
