Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to drive inbound travel.
- Build and convert a pipeline of B2B and B2C businesses across key source markets.
- Drive digital, trade, and brand marketing initiatives with overseas partners
- Secure new partnerships and contracted business.
- The ability to bring in secured business will be key.
- P&L ownership and responsibility for revenue growth in the inbound market.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within travel & tourism
- Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
- A strategic thinker with a track record of successful sales and marketing campaigns
- Strong international trade network and understanding of regional travel trends.
- Experience in DMCs, tour operations, or destination marketing preferred.
