We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Key Account Executive to manage and grow partnerships with modern trade retailers. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in key account management within the supermarket channel, with proven capabilities in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop assigned modern trade key accounts (e.g., supermarket chains).
- Coordinate and execute joint business plans in collaboration with the Key Account Manager (KAM).
- Handle both planning and operational execution to drive sales and visibility in-store.
- Work closely with internal teams (trade marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor performance metrics, track promotions, and ensure alignment with business targets.
- Negotiate and manage trading terms, promotional budgets, and annual agreements.
- Regularly analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Maintain strong relationships with key buyers and retail partners.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management within the Modern Trade / Supermarket sector.
- Good command of English (able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
