Key Account Supervisor

- Manage annual negotiations to secure profitable terms and maximize margins.
- Develop and evaluate MT promotion programs to boost volume and coverage.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans to drive growth.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for accurate forecasting and performance reporting.
- Strengthen brand visibility and optimize merchandising (facings, placement, display).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales and promotions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG or Retail industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong network and relationships within the Modern Trade channel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
