Company Description

Our client, a Singapore-based partner representing a leading Australian brand is looking for a passionate Senior Key Account Executive (B2B – MT & GT) to join their Sales team in Vietnam.

In this role, you will manage and develop key customers across both Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels. You'll be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding distribution, and ensuring strong partnerships that deliver sustainable growth.

Product Category: Health drinks and skincare. Some of our products have already been listed in several retail chains in Vietnam.

Role Description

  • Manage and grow sales performance for assigned Modern Trade and General Trade customers.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Execute sales plans, trade promotions, and activation programs to increase visibility and sell-out.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market performance, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Negotiate trading terms, listings, and promotional activities aligned with company strategy.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment, logistics, and payment collection.
  • Identify business opportunities and propose channel-specific growth strategies.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions to stay ahead in the market.
  • Prepare sales reports and present business performance updates to management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Key Account / Sales Executive roles, preferably within FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods.
  • Experience in the skincare or healthy beverage industry will be an advantage.

Skills:

  • Solid understanding of both Modern Trade and General Trade operations.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • English communication skills (spoken and written).

  • Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and teamwork.
  • Adaptable, energetic, and customer-focused mindset.
