Key Account Management Senior Executive, D2C

What You will Do
- Develop creative strategies for product positioning and marketing direction.
- Analyze product pain points, selling points, and target audience to create compelling campaign ideas.
- Collaborate with managers and teams to execute marketing plans effectively.
- Manage and optimize store design and product listings.
- Register for store promotions and campaigns.
- Analyze ad performance data and optimize product visuals and copywriting.
- Respond to user inquiries and handle store-related tasks.
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (domestic or cross-border).
- Experience in beauty, personal care, or health supplements categories.
- Proven ability to develop creative marketing ideas that drive sales growth.
- Strong interest in cross-border e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with managers and teams.
- Result-driven mindset, with a focus on performance and optimization.
- At least 6 months of TikTok Shop operations experience.
- Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
